… What does Simon Do
Simon Pure was built on the belief that the best way to do business is to ‘keep it real’ in everything we do. No posturing. No B.S. We believe our genuine, honest and real approach is what sets us apart from the other guys. Above all we believe in accountability. We feel so strongly about this that we encourage our clients to post comments about our performance to our web site in real time for the world to see.
Check it out for yourself.
Most communications companies sell their clients on a fancy proprietary process or flow charts that illustrate how problems become solutions. Not us. Sure we could dazzle you with diagrams and fancy marketing speak, but we don’t think that’s simon-pure. With a simple, smart and precise approach, Simon Pure delivers breakthrough programs and targeted creative designed to get results. We don’t just speak to this practice in pitches. We work it every day.
Step 1: Listen
The best, longest-lasting relationships are built on great communication. At Simon Pure we take that to heart. When both parties are open-minded and engaged, conversations flow freely. We seek to discover and understand your needs by asking a lot of questions, and truly listening to the answers. Of course we’ll also open up and share our feelings in return. This first step is essential in setting preliminary goals and establishing a course of action.
Step 2: Interact
We’d be crazy to start any project without spending some time interacting with the consumer we are targeting. Social networking allows us to test concepts, take the temperature of the brand and in some cases get the community to tell us what they want. The insights we gain allow us to effectively begin to build our plan.
Step 3: Strategize
No world leader ever declares war and sends troops off shooting into the sky. They plot a course of action, position troops and map out every move before any shots are fired. We look at this third stage much the same way.
Now that we have a clear understanding of our clients’ needs, and the target’s mindset, we can begin to develop a map to success. With an overabundance of mediums to explore, our focus now becomes identifying the most effective and efficient way to deliver on our goals.
Step 4: Innovate
This is where we get to really have some fun. It’s now a game of ideas. Ideas that stay true to our strategic map and that will make the most impact against our predetermined goal. That’s not to say all our programs drive sales. In fact some are designed toward a longer term, relationship (see how that keeps coming up) strategy with brand ambassadors. When it makes sense, and it doesn’t always, we look to deliver programs that no one else ever has.
What really sets us apart is our commitment to constant monitoring and adjusting of our programs. Lets face it; even the best of ideas can fall flat when they enter the real world. Most agencies don’t react to these failures in real time. We do, and we don’t charge our clients for it. Now how many other marketing firms can say that?
